Hello, Currently we couldn't find a way to set a passcode for managed iPadOS devices... After joining the remote management profile, user have to input the password manually. As we want to setup a standard password across all iPads, we need to enforce the password to be a certain value. Please advise how it can be done for iPadOS, thank you. Thanks and Regards, Lok

Dear SOTI support, I have done enterprise bindings my email address (samran.phumkhokrak@honeywell.com) by the SOTI Mobicontrol previous version around year 2018 and I never delete it. Now we have a new demo portal which is https://honeywelldemov14.mobicontrolcloud.com/MobiControl/WebConsole/home/global-settings/EnterpriseBindings When i like to add my existing email to this new portal, it said "You have already signed up with this enterprise". But i can't see my email adress in the Managed Enterprise email list. Please advise how to move my email address to current portal. When I send profiles with installation packages, these remain in pending status due to installation, the profiles that do not contain packages if they are installed, could you give me a suggestion to solve this detail.

Hi. I get the following notification when the WiFi is unavailable and I have a SIM-card on the device. Is it possible to use automatically mobile network without asking about it? Before the prompt the mobile data appears to be on (the ISP name is shown). The device is Handheld Nautiz X41 and judging by the appearence of the prompt, it comes from MobiControl.
Hello, im using afw#mobicontrol method to register work managed device (we have MC33 with Android 10). Currently on new devices after registration in system I get error msg to update some google information related account - and I couldnt do anything. Do you know why this happed? I am looking for a way to rename a device with a user specified name. I would like to prompt the user for the asset number and then use that in the device name. I got that information with a Java script: var file = new mobicontrol.io.File('/sdcard/asset.txt'); mobicontrol.message.createTextPromptDialog('What is the asset tag number?').withCallback(onOk).show(); function onOk(result) { if (result.inputText != null) { file.writeText(result.inputText); } } But when I try to use that information to rename the device I get an error saying Set isn't a valid command: set myVar=TXT:/sdcard/asset.txt?LN=1 devrename %myVar% Is there a way to either do this all in 1 Java script command? Or is there a way to set the variable from the legacy script?
Is there a way to add a shared folder to the tablet from a shared drive mapped to the company's server? Possibly in lockdown mode? I haven't found a way to successfully do this. One drive would probably work as a work around??? Android tablet os 11 cloud version 14.1.5.1284
Hi We have approximately EDA51 Honeywell on android enterprise and agent version between 14.4 to 15.1. So far this year we have had 363 'Inaccurate date time detected' of which most had a time reported of 05:18AM 19/3/2020. This is causing timeslot issues as devices are reporting the incorrect time. Is there anything specific about 19/03/2020, why does this keep on happening and how can it be prevented Thanks
So far the only way to download a debug log is to send the script request_bug_report , click share on the tablet and download via the SOTI terminal. We use our devices with a lockdown single app use profile. Has anyone overcome the issue of having to click share on the device? I want to be able to do this in the background without disrupting the device while in use as it means down time in our fleet.
