Hi, I need open a web page in lockdown, I done it using Http://myurl. The page is open in Kiosk mode (fine !!) but unfortunately the refresh page (Function keys F5) doesn't work. I have enrolled my device (Honeywell VM1 Android) with Android+, tested with Android Enterprise. the same issue happen using Soti Surf anyone has facing and fixed this issue. Thanks to all. I've made a MacOS Profile to push a wallpaper change. No matter what path I give, it will not successfully make the change. The screen flickers that the command was execute but no change is made to the wallpaper. I've tried the following paths: Library/Desktop Pictures/<file.jpg> Public/<file.jpg> I've tried multiple path syntax adjustments too with no success. Is there something that I'm missing or syntax I should be using to provide the right path to access a picture/image to use as the default wallpaper?
Hi everybody, I have two Zebra MC3300 (one the two is a long range one) enrolled to a SOTI Mobicontrol console version 15.2. Both the two devices have Android Oreo with latest LifeGuards released. I am observing a very strange behavior when I remote control the devices. In case the device is not used for a while (actually impossible to determine how much time) I am no longer able to use the bottom of the device display remotely, like for example, it's not possible to use the back button or to swipe up the bottom task to display the back button. I have enrolled the devices with StageNow by using GoogleMobiControl1443_1074.apk and I added the MDMPlugin_Notification package (with Zebra_Hawkeye_RC_AE_1.6.0.102.pcg file) in the profile linked to the enrollment rule. Did anybody of you see the same behavior or have any idea on how to fix this? Thanks a lot for your help! Have you all a great day.
Hello, ---------- MC Version : 15.2 Device Platform OS : Android 7.1 Device Management Type : AE / DO ---------- We would like to deploy and configure a Per-App VPN on our managed devices, ideally through the Cisco AnyConnect app. The goal is to be able to specify which applications should connect through the VPN. We would like that the process is transparent to the user. The user launches the application, the application opens a VPN connection. When the user closes the application, the VPN connection is disconnected. We have configure an App Catalog rule in order to deploy the app via a Managed Play Store and we have set the Application Type to "Mandatory". The App Configuration let us specify which apps have to be tunneled. Problem is that this App Configuration does not allow us to specify a username, a password and a group, only the host can be specified. Do you have an idea so that we can implement this solution? Does anyone use Cisco AnyConnect? Many thanks for your help and advice ! BR
Hello everybody, I have now dealt with the Android Lockdown notifications and what can I say it works.The Icon on the lockdown screen has nas a red number in the upper right corner.But unfortunately it is not what I wish for! I would like a large pop-up window with the notification pop up or bring me directly to the dialog box. According to a colleague of mine, he has already done it before but he no longer knows how. Its a Android Plus Device with Mobicontrol Agent 14.4.2 and Android 5.1
We have a TC25B OS Version 8.1.0 i did manage to install and run agent ver 14.4.2.1039. After a reset i can install it, but it wont run with an error message This device agent is incompatible with your device. Please contact your administrator.

Hello colleagues. I have the following case. I have a Samsung S20 and I have an activated "Antivirus" profile. After last update on android, SOTI catches com.android.wifi.resources that it is Malawere and tries to delete it, therefore android does not allow to delete the main process of system. A continuous cycle is obtained, from which there is no way out. I want the problem to be solved without introducing a factory reset device. If I try to remove the policies - they will stand with the status Waiting and nothing happens.

Hello, I created an agent for enrolling an iOS device and I'm able to complete the first step when I go to the add device URL. But when I try to install the profile I keep getting a message that the profile installation failed and underneath it says the server certificate is invalid?
Hello everybody, I have the CC6000 tablets from Zebra here. We have a standard for naming devices in our network. Currently they are displayed on the DHCP server with android23ab23ab23ab, for example. But I would like to rename it to ZebraDevice01 for example. Is there a function to do this directly via SOTI or possibly via a script command? I have already tried to do this via the developer options. Unfortunately, this is not possible on the tablets. In addition, given the number of devices, that would be very tedious. Thank you for your help.Pascal

Hi, The option to remote control via HTML5 has disappeared from the menu. Has anyone else noticed this? We have to use this more than the plug-in route due to our corporate network settings. We're using MobiControl v13.4. The option was there yesterday.
