Is there a report I can run from within MobiControl, that will tell me what Bluetooth Pairings are on each device? Devices running Android 8 Would like to know if the device has made a pairing and the name of the paired device.
When sending files from the device via Bluetooth SOTI blocks the select device screen, is there a way this feature can be enabled? Thank you
Hello, we've installed SOTI v15.2 and we've enrolled two devices: one as an Android Enterprise Work Profile and the other one as an Android Enterprise Work Managed. In the device list, we get the Bluetooth MAC Adress as "Unknown" for both of the devices. If we enrolled one of this devices as Android+ device, the BT MAC Address is known. Can Android Enterprise know the BT MAC Address. We understand that as a Device Owner you have access to this information. Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks in advance. Cheers!
Hi, Some of our customers are asking to know the bluetooth device that their devices are connected to. I can't see this included in any reports and I can't see it on the listed information for an individual device. The devices are Android Plus and are running Android 5.0. The MobiControl Agent they're running is 13.3.2.1014.

I want to pair BT headset though NFC pad on terminals with a kiosk lockdown and the 3 notifications - Confirmation of pairing on terminal - Validation of association - access to calls history and contacts aren't displayed Is there a way to permit theses notifications to be display or that bluetooth pairing is done without confirmation ? Hi, I have applied lock down in my Honeywell CT50 Android device in Android Plus mode. But even in lock down mode, we can swipe down on the device and then the users will get access to turn on/off wifi,bluetooth,do not disturb mode,etc. I want to disable this option (Screenshot attached). How i can do this ?
Hi, I'm trying connect a Zebra TC77 to a handsfree kit and it's not pairing. I've tried connecting the device to my laptop and my laptop produces a prompt for me to check matches on the device but on the device the is no prompt presented. Any suggestions? Thanks Josh.
I am trying to identify why Bluetooth is disabled suddenly on a device. https://support.honeywellaidc.com/s/article/How-to-disable-Bluetooth-by-policy Somehow, the "Disabled" value is set to 1 after working properly all along. When we start the pairing, the BT PIN box is blocked by the lockdown. We have to put the lockdown off to pair the two products
Hi We have created a lockscreen for use with a Samsung Xcover 4, and was wondering if there is a way to add an option to go directly to the bluetooth settings. so that the user can safely pair the device with their vehicle. I know i can link to launch://com.android.settings but would rather not give the user access to the main settings option. Thanks
We have Blackberry KeyOne devices that was setup with AFW#MOBICONTROL, managed device setup. Issue: Bluetooth contact sharing is greyed so users does not have contacts list on their car. It is greyed out even before it's enrolled. Same after enrollment. We do not have this issue with Google Pixel with same setup. Our Samsung devices are on Android Plus, no issues there. anyone have any idea? we submitted a support ticket and the rep is taking a long time to respond.. screenshot that says it has been blocked by administrator(even before it's enrolled) https://imgur.com/a/SPtzr
