Issue with contact sharing(bluetooth) greyed out.

We have Blackberry KeyOne devices that was setup with AFW#MOBICONTROL, managed device setup.

Issue: Bluetooth contact sharing is greyed so users does not have contacts list on their car.

It is greyed out even before it's enrolled. Same after enrollment. We do not have this issue with Google Pixel with same setup.

Our Samsung devices are on Android Plus, no issues there.

anyone have any idea?

we submitted a support ticket and the rep is taking a long time to respond..

Hello Ming,

Have you created a Google Suite account that you are using to bind to MobiControl?

Also, has this device been enrolled as a Android Enterprise device before, where it may be possible that an existing profile was applied with the option to disable Bluetooth?

hi,

google manage account has been bind to mobicontrol and working.

no existing profile for the device. we never had a profile to block bluetooth. again, it's greyed out even before it's enrolled. google pixel works fine with same setup afw#mobicontrol. the issue only seems to be blackberry keyone
