Hi, I created a lockdown with SOTI with a background image, as well as several apps. I also want to add another image as a "header" with a "clickable" html-link behind it. Unfortunately I'm not able to add the banner, as it shown on the "whole" screen. Also, when you "turn" the device from landscape to widescreen or vice versa the background image is shown "twice". Any ideas? Please find the html as well as the screen of the configuration as well as the lockdown screen itself. Hi, I need to get the data from the ICCID column, but the data in the cvs file is different from those in mobi. In the CSV file, in the ICCID column, each row has the same number.

Is it possible to apply a filter in SOTI MobiControl v15.1 to show all device names that are duplicates?

Good morning I started to check out the API of MobiControl and was struggling and didn't understand the authentication. But with help from this community I got some codesnippes and it's working now. I then started to look into simple requests also with help from this forum and the api documentation and created a few functions for our company. I'd like contribute and share those PowerShell cmdlets with you and maybe make some peoples lifes easier. Hi SOTI TEAM I have a device huawei Y5(2018) running OS 8.1.0 and cannot remote into it remote control is missing, can not get online. There is an issue in the API RC Virtual Display, also i have the same issue in the API for samsung devices I have tried also sending this scrpits (_resetfailedrcdetectionflag restartagent) but it does not work it is giving this error message : (Journ pers (ReferenceError: "_resetfailedrcdetectionflag" is not defined. Good day, I have picked up an issue where we have around 15 apps being installed from the Managed Google Play store. All apps are set to mandatory and the devices are Enterprise. All the apps install apart from Soti Surf. So far it has only occurred on 2 devices out of over 100. This brings me to ask, if a app is mandatory and does not install, is there a script to install it, or is the only way to go out of kiosk mode and manually install it from the app catalog? Regards,
Hi, Some devices (Android+) cannot connect to the MobiControl server (v14) once we enable the WiFi. Sometimes, they are connected few minutes but most of the time, once we switch from network mobile to Wifi, few minutes later we loose the connection between devices and SOTI server. I also found something strange, of the device was connected during more than 1 hour to SOTI server, I connected to it by using remote control, I found that SOTI agent was displayed on the device on SOTI configuration page, but once I clicked on samsung home button, I suddenly lost the connection, after that this device was always disconnected from SOTI server... Hi, We have recently moved from Mobicontrol v13 to v15 and also changed our devices from Samsung J3 to Honeywell EDA51. We are having an issue with the GPS on the devices and im trying to work out if its a setting in Mobicontrol or the devices. We run a tracking app on the device and it logged as rarely achieving GPS lock for large periods. i can see a setting in Mobicontrol called Location accuracy. Will changing this help with this or should i be looking at something else? thanks Gareth
Hello, I am having trouble trying to reinstall chrome via soti. Once the package is created and deployed from the server (14.4.9.1034), the tablets (Samsung SM-T580 agent versión 14.2.1.1083 and Android+) try to install the package and they start rebooting agent with each installation attempt. Keeping on rebooting. This is the state in which the package remains on the tablet: Or: This package is the only one with which I have problems, I have installed and updated packages from other apk's, but this one, I don't know if being an OS application is giving me problems. Any idea why it could be?
Hi My Samsung Galaxy Tab2 on Android Enterprise and using kiosk mode having issue pairing Bluetooth. Although there is a plays a sound notification,the pin box seems to be blocked by the lockdown (Note:Outside kisok mode appear to be working with no issue) Any advice how to solve this issue ? -Setting manger v14.4 -Agent v14.2.2 Kind Regards Walid
