Hello, When enrolling devices via Android Enterprise in Device Owner mode and not using a managed Google account. What features are missing other than app distribution via application catalog? I do realize this also includes app config for these apps. Many customers do not want to open communication to Google services on closed networks. Just want to make sure I am not missing anything. Attempting to setup SSO to work with OKTA however I was running into an issue in which we receive the following error HTTP/1.1 405 Method Not AllowedContent-Length: 1665Content-Type: text/htmlServer: Microsoft-HTTPAPI/2.0X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGINX-Content-Type-Options: NOSNIFF The data was initially imported with eh metadata file and the one thing that threw me off was the list attribute which I want sure what would be required for the field. I wasn't sure if that was the root cause but figured I would reach out here to see if anyone else had this before.
hey, i'm using enterprise profile for android plus devices, but i have now a little probleme. i can not find Phone calls under restrictions. i want to use this to put a white list for telephone numbers. is there a another methode to do this? thanks.

Launch://com.android.contacts/com.android.dialer.DialtactsActivity Does not work I have tried 2 others also failed. Launch://com.android.contacts Works to get into the contact. Our MC is version 14.4.4.1045. We have a collection of Zebra TC56 devices enrolled enterprise. When they are enrolled, we must request to install the plugin by action. I would like to download the app plugin and create a package/profile to apply on a specific folder, so the plugin would be automatically installed to the devices. When checking for Zebra plugins available, we may see: Hawkeye 1.6.0.102Zebra 1.16.10.121Zebra 1.16.10.121 (yes it shows twice this plugin)Zebra Concierge 1.12.0.104Zebra MC36 1.12.0.104 How may we identify which one is the correct/current installed on the TC56 devices ?
We have tried to pair a zebra BT printer into a TC56 Android , with android enterprise agent and plugin installed. When lockdown not showing, the pair request confirmation forms shows up properly, but when lockdown is active, it does not shows. Then we are unable to pair devices by the end user. Already tried to send scripts as afw_set_permission_grant_state com.android.bluetooth android.permission.bluetooth_privileged allow" add_allow_app Have someone faced such kind of restriction ?
I use SOTI surf with Lockdown mode on Zebra ET 50 I found problem as below 1. I have 4 url web links with 4 different urls 2. when I open one link and press home to another link 3. It’s was shown old link It’s not show new link Ex. 1. Link#1 www.google.com Link#2 www.facebook.con 2. When I open link#1 , SOTI surf open www.google.com then I click home for back to lockdown home screen 3. I open link#2, It should be to open www.facebook.com but it have been shown www.facebook.com ( android 5.1) and mobicontrol server version 15

Using a Service manger too where the user request to enroll a device and after approval an Enrollment URL is created. I've been asked to report on data from the beginning of the year (2+ months old now) and currently on any report I run it only shows me back to 2 weeks old. I don't remember this being the case before and I can't easily see a setting to change this.I'm guessing SOTI is only keeping data for 2 weeks and then wiping it, which seems crazy and so surely I must be able to change a setting somewhere to ask it to store for at least 6 months? Any clarification would be much appreciated.
Good morning, we have Zebra MC18 devices enrolled on the SOTI MobiControl, but the remote control is disable. In the Supported APIs I see "undefined". I have try to send the script commands like below: __switch ENTERPRISE_41 VIRTUAL_DISPLAY_resetfailedrcdetectionflagrestartagent and _resetfailedrcdetectionflagrestartagent but don't solved the problem. I'm trying to launch SOTI surf from a script on the device. Device is a Datalogic Memor 10. I'm needing to use an intent to change scanner settings then launch SOTI surf directly to a webpage with top and bottom hidden. I can do something like 'start net.soti.surf' in the script but am not sure, and can't find, how to start on a certain webpage. I'm sure it's something simple but thought I'd ask the question instead of spending an hour doing trial and error.
