Is it possible to bind a managed enterprise account with a g-suite account. I got it to work with a regular google account but with the g-suite one it say its not compatible is there another way to do this. i tried binding the domain but then when i register a device the play store requires an account to sign in.
Hi Samsung XCover 4 running Android 8. Android Enterprise build Server version 14.1.4.1693 Agent version 13.6.0.x being upgraded via Play Store update to 13.7.2.1015 I've had 3 cases in as many days where people have updated the MobiControl agent via the play store - it's been amongst other updates like Maps so they have updated them all - and it has wiped the configuration settings of another app. The affected app is installed from the Play store via Application Manager but that's the only link between the two. Has anyone ever come across a scenario like this before whre updating the agaentand is there anything that can be done to mitigate against it? This app is about to be rolled out to 2000 devices over the coming months and I don't fancy the idea of dealing with issue on a larger scale.

Greetings, I'm trying to add an email account the my Zebra ET50 Android tablet using the MobiControl Profile Configuration > Email > IMAP option and I keep getting Feature is not supported (POP_IMAP) in the logs. Tried POP3 and Exchange as well. Need to setup Email account on the Android tablet that connects to Office 365. Thoughts? Thanks
Hi, we are trying to programmatically set the mobile apn on huawei P20 lite using AE agent. The solutions we explored are 2: MobiControl Stage: It fails the apn configuration giving an error. MobiContro 14.2 (cloud edition): We set the apn setting action in a profile, the agent on the devices reports a correct installation but the new apn is not installed on the devices. Is a bug ? Hi. Updated our verification environment to 14.3.3.1111 and tried to download a newer agent version using the new "Manage Android Agents" in Global Settings. I get the list with all manufacturers but when I press "Add" or "Update" it fails directly, "Failed to download some agents" We have allowed traffic to all documented Soti URL:s and everything seems to be working except downloading new agents. Any suggestions? Will try to run Wireshark later today. Regards Marcus

Hello all, I have mobicontrol in version v13.3.03454 On my development pc , i'm connect to the console of mobicontrol by an url https://... I don't know why but now when I try to generate a report , this report it's alaways empty / blank ... I have try to disconnect and re connect my user but same thing ... If I go to profile, click on a profile , select execution status I can see well a graph ... Anyone has an idea about this, why all report is always blank ? thanks for all

1) When making changes to the SOTI Surf configuration at Profile level, the user sees a 'Configuration Updated' message asking them to relaunch the browser. With our current lockdown, this is not possible and we would expect that most users would end up being forced to reboot the device for the changes to take effect. I believe there was a Feature Request created for this under SB-4258, based on feedback that was provided when testing with SOTI Surf 14.2.0 Build 119 2) Custom Attributes. We currently have two potential use cases for SOTI Surf in a production environment, however a limitation of this browser for us is that the browser does not seem to support Custom Attributes (eg: Store Number 0001). Hello, I have a problem with home button on kiosk mode with Samsung Galaxy A6. When i exit kiosk via profile revocation or admin password and i reactivate it, the home button don't work on any application of the kiosk. so i have to kill application in order to return on kiosk mode. I have tried different settings on Advanced Kiosk Settings, with no result. I can display a floating home button but it's not very useful. In the Windows CE world, I always manually controlled when my applications updated in MobiControl by moving devices to new release folders. Yeah, I know that is not how most installations do it. I did this for several reasons. The first devices I managed (Psion 7530/7535s) were highly unreliable on their installations. Under Windows CE the executable sizes were small and finally I found the scheduling in the early versions of MobiControl to be unreliable with Windows CE. Now I am diving into the Android world with both feet due to the shutdown of 3G Cell. While it seems Android is more reliable about installations, the install size of the applications is huge compared to Windows CE and let's not talk about patch sizes. My issue is that my devices are very often stored in areas that contain a lot of concrete and steel which by nature makes cell connections hit and miss. All devices are supposed to be put in networked cradles every night, but we all know how that goes :-/. So I have come to the conclusion that I NEED to evaluate methods of utilizing the options within MobiControl that allow for a scheduled delivery. What I would like to accomplish is to have a profile with the new versions of my applications get pre-staged on the device and then when the time comes that I what them installed, the installation gets triggered and the installation happens quickly. I thought I had figured it out and attempted to set up an install using scheduled profiles for tonight. What a mess! Fortunately I am still in the the 100+ devices, but over the next month I will be sitting with over 1000 devices. Since the Agile development is going on, everyone things that we can have deployments every two weeks...... in my opinion not a pretty site. My problem tonight what that I had Profile A with version 1 of the app and I attempted to assign Profile B with version 2 of the app. I set an install date far into the future as I only wanted the apps to download but not install. My plan was to replace Profile B with a Clone of Profile B without the schedule associated with it. I didn't get to first base as Profile B failed because it said the a version of the application already existed on the device. I thought I had this whole thing worked out in my Dev environment. So, I am looking for advise, how are others accomplishing this. My applications are line of business applications and the versions that are supported are tightly controlled by the development teams (they rarely support more than 1 version).
