The customer has a Huawei device that has Lockdown applied to it, and the Lockdown Template is customized. When they tap on the back button and recent activity button a couple of times, they get a Notification from Smart Recovery that says it needs to uninstall MobiControl.
What are the server and device agent version and build numbers?
What is the Android firmware version? And which device model of Huawei?
Did MobiControl device agent get successfully uninstalled after pressing any button/key?

We haven't try to uninstall.
Do you have any thoughts about what the cause might be?

Enrollment Agent is AE, not A+.
And this HUAWEI model is certified by SOTI .
*Since we do have MediaPad M5 Lite certified and we do not re-certify for regional submodel variants, their device is indeed certified.
