we would like to be able to let users take pictures with camera app and then share/send them through the installed outlook app.
At the moment we are receiving error: "can't share pictures while screen is locked"
Any idea how to bypass/solve this error ?

Could you demonstrate the problem via screenshots? Then upload them to an image hosting site such as Imgur and attach them in your reply here via the below function:
Step 1 - Click Insert Image Button
Step 2 - Input the .PNG link via the External Image field
