Display over other apps

New to MDM environment and getting "Display over other apps" on our Zebra TC52 upon promoting device to Kiosk mode.  

Pardon for the lack of detail but not sure where to start or settings may be causing this.

Are the devices enrolled in Fully Managed (Device Owner) or are they showing up with Work Profile?

Hi Matt, 

I think Fully Managed. And I misspoke as I moved them to Staging group.  I'm picking this up from several months ago when SOTI helped us get started so please pardon lack of exposure.

I recommend researching Fully Managed / Work Managed vs Work Profile so that you can understand those core concepts as they relate to Android Enterprise management. Then confirm that you are enrolling your device into SOTI with an enrollment method that puts it in Fully Managed mode. These are fundamental principals of Android Enterprise management that you should understand before proceeding any further.
