A few days ago I upgraded to 14.4.0 and since the update I am now unable to see location history for our mobile phones. It allows you to select a period in which to view however then you ok soti goes back to the map but provides no data.
We are using Samsung Mobile Phones
Any suggestions on how to resolve this ?
Had the same problem recently. Run the following query on your database.
update settings set name = 'LBS_Token_backup' where name = 'LBSConfig'
Make sure you backup your database first.

Many thanks for coming back to me. I have tried running the query however it is showing that 0 rows are affected
Your problem does seem different then mine. We upgraded from V11 to V14 and where not getting the map. The log would say getting map token and then nothing. This was the fix that Soti support came up with. Kind of a basic question, do you have location data collection turned on?
