Hello, I would need help with a problem that has been reported to me! I didn't do the initial configuration, and I can't seem to find the issue.

Here's the problem:

I am unable to completely reduce the volume. I can lower it almost to 0%, but not all the way, and the button that usually serves as MUTE is also unavailable.

There's a configuration for SOTI lockdown, so I thought I might find an option there, but everything seems to be okay. I noticed some sound options in SOTI Apps, Settings Manager, and I've enabled all of them, but the same problem is still present.

I've also noticed that the issue is not only present when the lockdown is active; even when I exit and return to the device's home screen, the problem is still there.

Has anyone ever seen a problem like this before? Does anyone have an idea to fix it
