Profile: statut install partially ?

Hello all,

we work with device as zebra tc75x with android 6 and android 7

our server mobicontrol is on version 13.3.3454

On the device we have the mobicontrol client on version 13.6.1476

Yesturday i have plan an installation automatic of a profile.

All is done but on 1 device i have the statut Installed PARTIALLY !

On this profile i have some :

bookmarks / feature control / lockdown / out of contact /phone call / application run control ALL these options are on statut Installed

But authentification is on statut Delivered …

I've try to reboot the device but the statut is still the same.

Device is well connected, if i do a remote control on this device for me all is ok

How i can do for this statut of this profile become -> Installed ?

I join a print screen of this profile.

Under the profiles tab, right-click the profile and select Retry Profile Installation. This will retry installing the profile only on devices which have a status of Failed or Installed Partially. This may resolve your problem.
