Hello,
In Android 10 devices enrolled as Work Manage Device the location is only availabe when the Mobicontrol app is in foreground.
In the location settings it is not possible to change this configuration.
Do you have any idea on how to have Mobicontrol allowed all the time for location sevices?
Isn't there an option to allow location at all time?
Have you deployed any related feature-control options to disallow choosing such option in user-mode.? You can also check if you can configure that on your device when it is switched into administrator mode.

No feature control is applied. This happens in administrative mode.
Anyway, I finally solve it upgrading the agent to the latest release.

I encounterd this issue too, agent version is 14.4.7.1084, device is Samsung A01 (SM-A015F).
Could you tell me how to change the policy so the location can be accessed all the time by MC agent ?
I don't have any Samsung A01 to do any test. Please provide more details:
- Into whtat device mode has your device been enrolled? What are the active MDM api's reported on your enrolled Samsung A01 device?
- Have you deployed any feature-control profile to your device?
- Have you checked any related app-permissions enabled for your MobiControl device agent?
