We are using Soti MobiControl (14.4.4.1045) to manage our M3 devices (SM10 and SM15). We install the Software over Soti (android plus).
Now we try to test the new M3SL10 device. We Install the device the same way as the other M3 devices. We also use the same software profiles. The Agent connected with the Soti Server and we can manage the device in Soti.
The problem we have is that the Installation of the profiles didn’t start. The status of the profiles is “Pending Install”.

Please check if the “Pending Install” of the profile is because of the profile-type mismatch. Usually, if you try to push the Android enterprise profile to Android plus(classic) devices or vice-versa, you get stuck with “Pending Install” error.
If the device is enrolled as Android enterprise, the device only accepts Android enterprise profiles. The behavior would be same in the case of Android plus devices too.
