Hello,
On Samsung tablets and Zebra handhelds that have Mobicontrol installed, once a user logs into the SharePoint app, they can't log out.
When said devices are setup with just a Google account and no Mobicontrol the app behaves fine and lets the user log out.
This is the only app that seems to be acting like this.
Any help would be appreciated.
Imagine this has already been resolved.
However, I ran into the same issue so posting my findings incase its useful to others.
I found that my Feature Control -> Security ->
Altering this setting to "All" allowed me to then sign our of Sharepoint. Undecided whether "All" is actually suitable for my use case at this stage, but seems to have pointed me in the right direction.
