Is there a way to block certain sites on Chrome via Mobi Control? Soti Surf is not an option for us. I have tried using feature control as well as firewall in the profile setup to no avail.
Is there anyway to stop the lockdown screen exiting all apps on reconnecting to the SOTI server? Our devices (TC75) are out on the road, and the users are using an app, which when the device reconnects to the server after losing signal, lockdown closes/hides the open apps and returns the user to the lockdown home screen. This is a pain for the users. I've seen this happen while on remote control, be using the app. the device goes offline and when it reconnects I see the lockdown, and the app has to be reopened - normally remembers where the user was, but sometimes closes the app completely. I have a device (Zebra TC56) running OS 6.0.1 and cannot remote into it, cannot even get online. I have tried sending (_resetfailedrcdetectionflag) to no avail. These are running Android Plus agent version 13.5.1.1234. Should show under Supported API's RC+ Zebra MDM 4 however the RC+ is not there. Thanks in Advance! Ray

Hi Due to release of android 8 with Gborad, how is it possible to lock this keyboard down or deploy a new one without end-users being prompted? Are SOTI working on a built-in? (just simpel keyboard). ex. the new Gborad from google have access to settings, voice commands etc. and we would like to abvod that. We are running android-plus in lock-down mode.
My Problem is, that my Device says the Package is Installed. The Thing is I don´t find it on the device or in the app. It´s the first time Im trying this out, thats why I took an apk document from the phone, put it in Package Studio and then add it to the Packages. At the end I did a Profile with the Package inside and connecting it to the one device Im trying on. After that Im tried to Force reinstall, but now it stucks in that mode. So how can I install the App corectly that it really Install the Package and dont just says I did it and he didnt done it?

But even in lock down mode, we can swipe down on the device and then the users will get access to turn on/off wifi,bluetooth,do not disturb mode,etc. I want to disable this option (Screenshot attached). We have a Zebra TC52 device that has stagenow installed out of the box. I have generated the barcode to configure the device as we want after initial setup but I am having problems with getting the MobiStage client on the device so we can configure Mobicontrol. Is it possible to download the APK from our Mobicontrol webpage or how do we go about getting this device configured properly. Thanks in advance
Is there a method available within Soti to have a package install on device boot? I'm know that I can use the startup folder in several ways to run the package install but for security reasons I would prefer not to do it that way.
Hi together, We are facing a completely new challenge in our company. We need to find a device with android with no own display but with hdmi outlet and if possible it should be powered by PoE. And of course the device needs to be fully compatible with MobiControl. Can anyone give me a hint?
