Hello! Trying to find the best way to make alarms work, and would love if anyone has any insight on what has worked (or doesn't). The goal: Android Device is used by a Supervisor for a Security Shift. We want to set various alarms and reminders at certain times (i.e. Verify all officers clocked in at whatever time, Check certain site for whatever, Start fueling vehicles). However, we DON'T want these alarms to be accessed by the user and altered, silenced, or otherwise changed. - The included clock app on the phone allows a schedule to be set, but I'm unsure the best way to lock it from being changed by someone other than the Admin. - Using SOTI's send message feature, is there a way to set those messages to be automated (and it's not on the device itself for anyone to mess with...). - Any other ideas that might work well?
Hello, I use the following adb command to change the resolution of my ZEBRA ET51 tablets. adb shell wm size 1280x800 My client's apk requires us to change the resolution of the tablet to not have tiny buttons.It works very well. My client wants to enroll all his ET51 tablets in his MOBICONTROL console. How to apply this resolution change in MOBICONTROL? Is it possible to run an adb command? Hi dears We have applied the "Wipe" action to make factory reset in some Samsung A11 The device join in "loop" and the agent status have repeatedly change "connected" and "disconnected" and the device is unusable And not is posibble uninstall Mobicontrol Try provide "Admin Mode" in the device for enter in settings and select the "Factory reset" but option has disable, show a gray color. Try delete inscription and device enter in lock status and the screen show "Please enter Enrollment ID..." Device: Samsung A11 - Android 11 Version Agent: 15.3.0.1006 Thanks for help
we have ipad in different subnet. There are iPads with the correct iP address.However, there are also iPads for which the iP address is not correct or is not displayed, but the devices can be managed or communicate with MobiControl. The devices can be "checked in" and also receive a response. What do I have to do to update the IP address of the iPads on Soti?
Hello, We are planning on deploying Qualys Android Agent to all our Android builds enrolled via SOTI. Since most of our builds are KIOSK we need to deploy this app without user affinity. Means, we are looking for a way to preconfigure the server URLS and app configurations, or a way to auto-enroll this app to existing Samsung tablets. Do we have an option in SOTI to preconfigure the app? Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi I have a ticket open with SOTI Support on this already and have not seen this issue before so I thought I'd ask the wider community. Has anyone ever come across an issue where they are unable to move devices between groups? You drag and drop to new group but the device path does not update. We are also unable to enrol devices and we cannot even directly assign apps - you can navigate to the device or group but when you press Assign it spins busy then goes back to showing assign. We can still see devices, we can still remote onto them and we can still send messages and scripts. Console version 15.5.1.1010

Dear community, I have recently installed a fresh instance of Mobicontrol (ver. 15.6.0), but due to installer issues with catastrophic failures, I was forced to use local SQL Express instance. I have successfully moved the MobicontrolDB and Archive databases to main SQL server as there is an option to change these in admin console. However I am struggling with the Signal DB, there is no tool to reconfigure and the only settings related to SQL I was able to find were in registry (just the SQL server FQDN and user info) and json config located here: c:\Program Files\SOTI\Signal\appsettings.json But this config has the connection string encrypted (I suppose it's some of the dotnet config encryption tools). What are the options to change the DB location? I really don't want to run and patch another SQL instance. Will do the magic manual move of the SignalDB to production SQL server and then run installer again as "upgrade" and choose the production SQL server as destination? Thank you.

SOTI Version: 15.4.2.1020 and Agent Version 15.3.0 build 1006 Android 10 device are not registering as enterprise work managed. The method I use is to wipe the device and enter when prompted for a google account on device setup, insert AFW#mobicontrol and then register my portal address. This works for android 11, for Android 10 it doesn’t te profile registers as corporate personal? do you know how I can change the profile to enterprise work managed? I would manually upgrade the devices to 11 however I have a large amount to upgrade.
Hello, I have a Lockdown profile where I add "Scannow" via the configuration with Launch: com.symbol.tool.stagenow That works fine on my Android 8 devices, but now I have new Android 11 ones and there the icon on the lockscreen says "not installed". Scannow as such is installed and can be started manually. So I assume there is now a different way to start it, can me someone tell, how? Thank you
