Hello, is iOS 15 supported with Mobicontrol? Does anyone know which version of Mobicontrol must be installed to support this? We have some new iPads that we need to deploy but they have come with iOS 15 and our profiles are failing to install with the message: Profile version 2 failed to install, because all of its payloads cannot be installed.

Hi, We install all devices with afw#mobicontrol in enterprise mode. About month ago we installed 500 devices (Samsung tablets). The agent version was 15.0.1 build 1051, and right now i tried reinstalling one of the devices and the current version is 15.1.1 build 1031. I have two very important file rules for downloading files from server to devices. First rule is downloading 5 files from server to all tablets in their main directory %internalsdcard% This rule is currently not working!!! Second rule is dowloading single file from server to all tablets in their "Downloads" folder. And it is working! Please advice how to make my first rule working again? Thank you in advance!
In previus version of SOTI Surf, if I wrote something in a text field, then next time I was to wrote in the same field it suggested what I wrote earlier. In the newest version 15.** it don't suggest anything. Anyone know how to make it work again? Thanks
Hello, since AE Agent 15.0.1 there should be Remote Control on all Andeoid 7+ devices. https://docs.soti.net/soti-mobicontrol/android-agent/release-notes/150/android-enterprise-agent-maintenance-releases/ How to enable this ? As on a Pixel 6 with Android 12 enrolled AEDO with Agent 15.1.1 there is just Remote View possible. Martin
Hello, I have seen with various Android 11 and 12 devices that the connection is lost all 30 minutes and regain couple seconds later. MobiControl: 15.4.2.1020 (private cloud) two different servers.MobiControl Agent: 15.1.1.1031 Devices: Android 11: Zebra TC72, TC26, MC33, Android 12: Google Pixel 6 Connection type: different WLAN and LTE It seems that the agent itself restarts itself at h:00 and h:30, as the event log of the agent itself has only entries since the last h:00 or h:30 time. This happens also if I restart the device few minutes before the full or half hour, so it could not be doze mode. Zebra Android 10 devices on the same servers with same version of Agent doesnt show this behaviour. Any ideas ? Or is this just an other problem of Agent 15.1.1 ? Martin
Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to install the OS and skip the google set up. Then run the Mobicontrol agent install. I have been able to install the OS(Android 8 Oreo from Android 7 Nougat) through Soti but any attempt to uninstall reinstall the agent and the OS via xml file didn’t work. Also, I need to add the wireless network Enrollment ID back to the device. It seems the sdcard location is deleted when the OS installed. I have Zebra TC51 devices. Agent v15. Is there a way to do all of this so when the device reboots I can have install the agent and WiFi? I was told that I couldn’t do this and that it would be a manual set up. Problem is, I need to deploy the OS and the agent to remote devices. Any help would be appreciated
I've been having trouble with enabling the I2of5 barcode scanning. This is the process I've been following to try getting this scanning working correctly.We are using the Zebra MC9300 Without setting up the scanner, opened Datawedge and enabled the settings needed.(Interleaved 2of5 and send enter key) Exported Profile to datawedge.db Add the datawedge.db to package and upload to mobicontrol Setup Scangun using afw#mobicontrol Use App Policy to install Zebra OEMConfig and setup managed app config Setup NTP settings Setup Datawedge Config Point to datawedge.db file Enable Automatic Database Import After setup is complete and I've gone through this process I am still unable to scan sample Interleaved 2of5 barcodes.
I have Managed Google Play Configuration in one Policy. It seems failing in one of the 200+ devices we are managing without any reason. So apps are not updating. I can see the bellow error into the log: "Device configuration failed ([Android Enterprise Google Play Policy] Configuration failed to apply)"

Any one have any luck setting a different app to be a device admin? Or does anyone know how to send an intent to bring up the screen to add an app as a device admin?
Hello, in our system some IOS devices (10 to 15) lost the connection to Soti Mobicontrol. All Profiles, Apps, Rules and Configurations are deleted from the device. The devices also lost the wifi connection. Just the backgroud isn't changed. Mobicontrol Version: 15.4.1.4828 IOS Versions: 14.4.1 - 15.1.1 I have opened a ticket, but maybe someone here has an idea.

Hi, we have some trouble with the Remote Control Skins Service: Remote Server returned an Error: 500 internal server error. restarting the mgmt services results sometimes in errors that all other services like Enrollment Agentbuilder, location and activation services have the same error. On the next test only the remote skin service throws the error. thus I disabled antivirus temporary, created explizit fw rules according the article https://www.soti.net/mc/help/v15.3/en/setup/installing/system_requirements.html?hl=network%2Cport#ariaid-title3. We still get the error for the Remote Control Skins Service.
