Is there a way to collect the phone number from a SIM card in a Windows 10 tablet (in Windows Classic category in MobiControl)?
Hi, I have applied lock down in my Honeywell CT50 Android device in Android Plus mode. But even in lock down mode, we can swipe down on the device and then the users will get access to turn on/off wifi,bluetooth,do not disturb mode,etc. I want to disable this option (Screenshot attached). How i can do this ?
We have a Zebra TC52 device that has stagenow installed out of the box. I have generated the barcode to configure the device as we want after initial setup but I am having problems with getting the MobiStage client on the device so we can configure Mobicontrol. Is it possible to download the APK from our Mobicontrol webpage or how do we go about getting this device configured properly. Thanks in advance
Is there a method available within Soti to have a package install on device boot? I'm know that I can use the startup folder in several ways to run the package install but for security reasons I would prefer not to do it that way.
Hi together, We are facing a completely new challenge in our company. We need to find a device with android with no own display but with hdmi outlet and if possible it should be powered by PoE. And of course the device needs to be fully compatible with MobiControl. Can anyone give me a hint? We already tried SWEDX and Shuttle but both were not compatible because no OEM Agent exist and no Enrollement Process for Android Enterprise (Work Managed Device) RegardsMarkus
We are looking to deploy iOS Applications to our managed iOS Devices. We currently do this well on Android, but this is the first time we have attempted on iOS. As per Android, we create a package from the APK file and upload into Mobicontrol console. This package then gets included into a profile which is assigned to devices and the application is automatically installed. What would be the similar process for iOS as I cannot find the relevant documentation for this? I have an enterprise application IPA file. I have created an Application Catalog Rule, added this application as a mandatory application and assigned to the relevant devices. From the end user device sense, how do I access this application? Do we need to add a webclip to the Application Catalog and it is downloaded from there? I am also unsure of my Application Catalog URL. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello all, we work with device as zebra tc75x with android 6 and android 7 our server mobicontrol is on version 13.3.3454 On the device we have the mobicontrol client on version 13.6.1476 Yesturday i have plan an installation automatic of a profile. All is done but on 1 device i have the statut Installed PARTIALLY ! On this profile i have some : bookmarks / feature control / lockdown / out of contact /phone call / application run control ALL these options are on statut Installed But authentification is on statut Delivered … I've try to reboot the device but the statut is still the same. Device is well connected, if i do a remote control on this device for me all is ok How i can do for this statut of this profile become -> Installed ? I have started testing Android Enterprise. We have server version 13.4.0.4339 I have added the Android for work Enterprise Bindings. I then logged into https://play.google.com/work/app and approved a couple apps When trying to add these approved apps to a new Application Catalog Rule, I get the below error: Am I missing a step to createing this for my Enterprise devices?
In my folder structure i have some folders that are just meant to segregate folders and are not meant to have devices in them. is there a way to "lock" a folder so users cannot move devices accidentally into them?
I'm trying to find SOTI documentation on building a group with the following requirements: 1) Create a net new Device Group for a specific hardware type 2) Create a sub group for each Province in Canada 3) Create further sub groups for each location within each Province 4) Each group location must contain pre-defined Custom Attributes. Location #, language EN or FR etc..... 5) The Device Relocation Rules contain a specific IP address range and target a unique group The above must exist in our Dev, QA and PROD environments. Due to the volume of groups to be created, we are looking to automate this process and avoid creating thousands of manual tasks. I've seen some references to creating this using API calls, however I haven't found anything specific to what we need to create.
Hi, I'm trying connect a Zebra TC77 to a handsfree kit and it's not pairing. I've tried connecting the device to my laptop and my laptop produces a prompt for me to check matches on the device but on the device the is no prompt presented. Any suggestions? Thanks Josh.

Hy, For a few days now, the remote control icon has disappeared from the device page. icon has disappeared on few devices not all device. while reading some posts, I tried to run this script: _resetfailedrcdetectionflagrestartagent But that doesn't solve the problem.
