Good afternoon,I cannot find any way to completely hide the android navigation bar on our devices while on lockdown with single app mode on.We are working with Android Enterprise profiles Manufacturer Elo Touch Solutions Model 15in-I-Series-4Android version10 I did try with writeproofsetting scripts but not sure I have the right one.The bar is already disabled but best would be to be able to hide it or at least replace it with the gestures navigation. Thanks a lot for your help!Ben
i have issue of my team that "user forgot PINCODE to unlock screen" and open ticket to me for resetpassword but i cannot because of agent not online (may be agent connected long time) how to fixed this case
I am trying to find out if anyone else sees this behavior in the managed app config for Chrome. There is a setting in Chrome app config called "Enable saving passwords to the password manager" this is a Bool entry for True or False. If I leave it off chrome ignores that setting all together. If I turn it on and apply it will set that to true, and you can verify with the Chrome://policy in the address bar on the Android device. If I then set it back to off it shows in the policy as False. But then if I use a product like Samsung SDSA DataSweeper or send a wipe-application script to chrome it removes that policy all together. does anyone else have experience with this? any other settings that I have in Chrome will re-apply to chrome after the wipe.
i have some issue that SOTI agent offline when screen off , so, i can not remote or send script to that device, in this case for . to resetpasscode script " i have problem user have been forgot passcode" i want to resetpasscode but device offline to reset, so i want to stay awake all time even lockscreen. or who have other solution to fixed it, please advise
I am trying to setup so user can use the app store but when I do the options are greyed out and just says beside it in app purchases. I have allow install of apps and allow install of apps from the app store enabled in the feature control. I also have allow in app purchases enabled as well. If turn off turn off allow in app purchase it does nothing. all the app in app store are greyed out and will not download and install.
Hi the SOTI community, We are using profile with Kiosk mode. Recently, I've created Web Application from the Managed Google Play Store. It works well on my test mobile. But I'm now block when I want to deploy those applications in Kiosk mode on new devices as the web application use Google Chrome, and it doesn't want to open until we accept the term of use which are not displayed in Kiosk mode. As I have 500 devices to deploy, I'd like to avoid to do it manually. Is there a script to automatically accept the Chrome term of use? Device : Crosscall Core X5 Thank you in advance
When I am logging into my windows device, there are 3 options showing( FIDO Security key, PIN and Password) but I want only one option to be there that is the FIDO Security key option. Can I disable the password and PIN option for my windows login?
Hello community, I have to implement a package script for Android devices which have to use a sendintent in relation to the OS version of the calling device (>10 yes, otherwise not). The legacy scripting is really limited in logical branching. So I decide to use Javascript for implementation. So my question, is there a way to send an intent from Javascript on the device or to trigger a sendintent from there? Thanks for any comment! Kind regards Kersten
Good morning. I have the following problem.Our Honeywell CN80 are all in our certificate server with the same names.It is about device licenses. So either CN80 or CN8011 etc. So I can't find out which certificate belongs to which scanner.I have renamed the device and also given it a Bluetooth name but this has not changed.I have also used the legacy script DeviceRename and no change.Are there any other possibilities?
Hi all, We have a question about making use of intents. We want to create a button that calls an intent that starts the Log In screen from Soti. we have scanners in a lock screen and now they need to press and hold the back button and press login: what we want is that we create a login button so they will directly go to this page. (so instead of press and hold the back button and press login) when we check the activity (via identify_activity) we see the following: net.soti.mobicontrol.androidwork/net.soti.mobicontrol.shareddevice.SharedDeviceActivity now the question :) how can we open this screen via an intent? We checked the intent manual but we can't get it work. hopefully someone over here can help us. thank you in advance!!

Hello! i want to move some Zebra Android devices from current SOTI MC deployment server to a new MC deployment server without having to re-enroll them. It should be possible somehow, maybe with a script...sendintent command should be able to change parameters on devices. Does someone have experience with this?
