Hi, I'm attempting to use RESTApi to extract the custom attributes of a device based on the deviceId. Is there any way to be specific about the custom attribute values that I can get? Currently the /devices/{deviceId}/customAttributes will pull out everything which is not really necessary. Thanks

HI, How do I push a pfx certificate so that it can enter the current user, I tried pushing it via the modern Windows profile but the certificate goes to the local machine.

Hello When staging Android Plus devices, many times we get a failed package installation, or partial installation. Usually with "File IO error on device" log. We then go to Mobicontrol webconsole and do a "Force package reinstallation" Then it works every time, without changing anything on the device, server or package. Does anyone have any theory why this is happening? Mobicontrol 15.5 server Android 11 devices Regards

HI. We have a inhouse app on 3-400 Android devices that requires a certificate to be installed on each of them. I have managed to install it manually, but not sure if its possible to deploy it to all devices. When manually installing it, I needed to set a passcode on the device when installing, and disabling that passcode again after installation. All devices are not connected to internet, only local network, so they dont have a passcode configuered, and we dont want that either. if possible to install cert remotly on all devices, is it required to set a passcode in the same operation to have the certificate installed on the device? Anyone who can assist here please?
We want to disable logging into Apple ID on our devices to prevent them being bricked to an Apple ID when a user leaves. We install all of our apps using Mobi Control so it is not needed. Is this possible? Sue

I used to use the Alerts to alert me when a device that has been offline for a longer period comes back online, or when a device comes online that is in need of my immidiate attention. Now SOTI has shifted the alerts to Signal Policies, but that doesn't meet my needs since you can only apply this to groups. There surely is a way around that by making a separate group with all the same Profiles and Policies, and move the device there. But it would be more suitable for me when you can simply apply the Signal Policy to single devices too instead of just whole groups.

Spent some time with our vendor on getting the scanner settings built using Velocity Console and it seems straight forward enough. However, when trying to test on a scanner I have mixed results in some times it appears to work, and others it fails completely. I've reached out to Velocity - but they are being resistive as I am unable to find / provide some account information. Best I've found - is we don't have a Wavelink / Velocity account manager. Is there a guide or other resource I can download to work with that will step me through building or updating the Velocity Project / Profile so that I can build the needed package(s) with MC Studio and then get deployed in SOTI?
