Hello, Our new private application has been accepted by Apple's App Review team. Initially, everything seemed fine through Soti's dashboard when we "purchased" the application and added it for mandatory installation on our company's iPads. However, the app is not installing automatically, and when we attempt to install it manually via the "App Catalog" app, we receive an error message in a pop-up. In French, the error message reads, "L'application n'a pas pu être installée. Contactez votre administrateur," which translates to "The application could not be installed. Please contact your administrator" in English. We have attempted to locate relevant logs for further investigation but have been unsuccessful thus far. Upon inspecting the App Catalog, we noticed that it appears to be a webpage, with the URL "soti.our-company.be." Could this be the place to search for additional details regarding the error and gain a better understanding of what is causing the issue?

Hello, I have a multiuser devices where for example:Morning shift at a factory pickup a device and logs-into MS apps.Later on he hands over device to afternoon shift, but forgot to log-off his MS account.MS apps can not get missused thanks to Intune's MAM policy that required PIN code while opening the apps.BUT!I need to log-out the other user, so I created a script in lockdown that users can click and it runs this:clearappcache com.microsoft.office.outlookclearappcache com.microsoft.teamsSo it clears cache, but since the account is still stored in the phone itself the afternoon shift can still log-onto his account.I couldnt find any script that would get rid of the account from device. Has anyone been able to access company resources VIA Microsoft 365 by authenticating with Company Portal or Microsoft Authenticator on a SOTI enrolled device? We have android devices that need to be able to take pictures and upload to Onedrive. My Azure and SOTI are synced and I followed all steps provided and it still doesnt work. I can not get a clear answer on if anybody has made Onedrive work on a device enrolled in SOTI, all I've heard is theory.
Since android 10/11 , i have to use a manual enrollment, because the qr codes previously used with android 9 are not being recognized while scanning the qr code from the android "welcome screen" anymore. When using above method (qr code generated with datalogics github) , the enrollment was working fine. The soti client was downloaded, the corresponding plugins were installed, the correct api's (work managed device, Android Zebra EMDK etc) were installed. But i don't want to focus on the above now (although it would be very helpful if someone could explain me why the scanner (zebra mc22) is suddenly unable to scan this qr code (stagenow test barcodes work) The problem is that while setting up the scanners manually, i installed the soti client, and manually entered the enrollment ID, the scanner is suddenly being configured with a work profile, so with a personal and a work tab. Also, i am unable to push any software or profiles, nor to connect remotely to the the scanner. I suspect the fact that the correct Android Zebra EMDK api is missing to be the cause of this issue, but i am unable to install it manually. I've downloaded the zebra legacy PCG file from the website, but i don't know how to install/import this file, since i can't push any software to the scanner, and simply running the file on the scanner is obviously not working, since it's not a apk. I've also tried to install the device plugin from the soti webconsole (cloud) , but nothing happens. Thank you very much for helping me in advance!

Hi, we want to user our tablets for a customer survey and the devices should stay always on. I am looking for a solution how to turn off the Display Timeout through a Mobicontrol profile. Hello, is it possible to combine legacy scripts & JavaScript functionality? Also how would one place a javascript file on the lockdown? Same as Script:\\\Path\to\Script.cmd ?I want to add a "button" to our lockdown where its possible to wipe an app, but i want to ask for a simple pin code first so the normal user can not wipe the app while its in use.

Dear all, For an android profile, I try to configure web filter to allow only one web app made of (normally) 3 pages on a device, and I have a problem because of an intermediate dummy page with a random parameter value. For now, my web filter blocks everything using "*", then I allowed the following pages : external.lg.com (domain base, not working at all without this line) external.lg.com/my.policy (login screen) external.lg.com/export_view (app page) external.lg.com/import_view (app page) The problem is that, between login and app page, I have a hidden page called with the following URL : external.lg.com/vdesk/c_ses.php?orig_uri=[random] This page is supposed to redirect me to the app page, but it's blocked by the web filter policies. After this page was blocked, I can open a new tab and sleect directly my app page in the shortcuts and the page is opened cause the authentication was completed successfully. Is there any way to avoid this blocked dummy page each time I connect to the app ? I already tried to set the domain name with a trailing *, not working. I don't know if there's another special character i can use here to allowed an entire domain with only 1 line. Many thanks for your help.
Hi all, I hope all of you are doing great. Currently we are evaluating migration to SOTI Cloud. We are having reports(PowerBI & Grafana) created by connecting to on-premise SOTI DB. Once we migrate to SOTI Cloud, would we be able to connect SOTI DB? If not, then how & in which format we'll get this data in order to generate reports? I gone through SOTI cloud APIs but I didn't find it useful to generate report. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
Hello, Looking to disable the "Quick Panel Layout" specifically the "Show Devices and Media buttons" on the pull down of the status bar on Samsung A12 and A13 devices I believe I found the correct values in Android Studio - Logcat but unsure how to formulate a script to turn off this setting
Hello, We've been seeing a bug on our Android device where our app will crash after the device reboots when they are locked down. The app autostarts and it looks like there are two instances of the app launching at the same time. Has anyone else seen this before? Our devices are Zebra MC3390R's running Android 8.1.
