Hi all,At the moment I am working on our Honeywell CK65's where I am trying to use the mcsetup.ini file to envoke the enrollment URL after provisioning it with Honeywell Provisioner. Is there a way to get this working so that the device can be setup in a one step process ? We have transfered mcsetup.ini /sd/download using honeywell provisioner can we specify the enrollment in honeywell or in the mcsetup.ini we cannot use enrollment ID as our enviorment is fully isolated from the internet.Thanks in advance.

When trying to update to the new version that was released on 3/4 I get an error message that I never received before. Current version is 15.6.2.1015 and the new update is 15.6.3.1018. I tried to start the installation on my local pc and that worked fine so no issue with the installation file either. I have tried to restart the server without success.(Also tried run as administrator) Any idea?

Hello, Does anyone have a working example of using the /packages/v2 API using Powershell or another scripting language? When I try to call this API I either get a return code of 415 or 500 depending on how I call it. I suspect that it is my handling of reading the APK and PreInstall scripts and placing them in the call but I can not prove it. So far SOTI has not been able to give we a working example of using this code (which is disappointing given that it is their API). I appreciate any insights. Jim
Specifications: Samsung S21 5G devices. Android version 13 / One UI version 5.1. MobiControl version 15.5.0.1021. Seems with the latest phone update (One UI or Android), my drivers are now randomly being kicked out of apps. This does not log them out of app, just kicked out to the home screen. My drivers have noticed that after the latest update is when they have been started to get kicked out of apps. Prior to the latest updates, we have had no issues at all. For testing I have Administratively removed the lockdown on a few of our devices. My drivers that have been using these specific devices have had NO issues in getting kicked out of apps. Has anyone seen this type of issue?
I have a device locked down with a kiosk that allows a few apps. Now I would like to add a new button that executes a script when pressed. I have added a screen item with type "script://", but when I press it on the device I get an error message saying "Script execution failed". Perhaps I am using the item the wrong way. Could someone point me in the right direction as to how to add the script I wish to execute to the home screen item? Thank you.
