Device is jamming after use application kill/start scripts.

Hi

I have another an issue with TC56 after updates.

We have:

  • Mobicontrol  15.2.2.1080
  • Android 7.1.2
  • Agent 14.3.3.1038

When the lockdown is active, TC56 sometimes jams - employee have to restart device.

They can't open apps ( start) or do script from lockdown ( kill_application ).

I am seeing a lot of MX framework initialization errors. I would make sure that you have an updated BSP and LG applied on the devices and that your SOTI agents are up to date.
