Cannot open Google Drive on devices

I have Samsung tablets on android enterprise that have the google drive app pushed via packages and included in kiosk mode but will not open. It will open for a second but will then close itself. If I leave the lockdown and try to run it manually it says that "this action is disabled by mobicontrol. contact your organization's administrator to learn more." I don't have any feature control enable nor do I have application run control enable.

Specs:

Galaxy tab A 2019

Android 10

Agent: 14.5.1 Build 1074

This sounds like an additional application activity is running outside of the application or an additional app needs enabling.

If you enroll the device as DA (so the same blockage is not present) and use the identify_activity script, you may be able to see what is happening on the device at the time the script is sent. This activity can then be added to the Kiosk menu (without) the need of the icon.

Alternatively, it could be that some system application is not available to run id the system apps are not present at the point of enrollment. DA enrollment again may help identify what application might need to be enabled if it isn't present on the AE enrolled device.
