Trying to remote into Samsung tab with os 11. Web-based option gives me "Please wait while starting remote" and never starts the remote. The Legacy option opens and sometimes loads the tablet's detail and then closes.

which plugin is installed and what type of enrollment you are using. it could be that the user of tablet have to grant the remote access, google make a lot of changes on android 11.
No plugin used since it is a Samsung device.
Yes, the user grants access, but same result. I am able to view the tablet in remote view, but unable to edit or touch tablet due to 
appearing as my cursor.
