Delete Device issue (Pin Code)

Hi all,

we have found following problem:

We set a device pin with script during device enrollment. Now something strange/bad is happening.

If the device is locked (standby etc.) and you delete the device in Soti. The device gets a rollback (correct).

But if you now want to unlock the phone, it's impossible because the pin request is still there but no Pin will be accepted.

In my opinion there should be only 2 cases:

- old Pin

- no Pin request

Hello,

this is likely a zebra related issue.

There should be multiple posts about this already in the forum.

We do have this on the Nokia 5.3 devices, not on a Zebra.
