Good Morning, I have new devices being deployed and one of our sales sites uses a reCAPTCHA. We have tried Edge/Chrome. Both in mobile and in Desktop mode. The site works on a PC just fine. I have checked everything in the browser config in the groups and I find nothing that would block this. The photos come up ( those really annoying ones of find all the crosswalks ) OS is updated - Chrome is updated. Manufacturer samsung -- Model SM-X528U -- Agent Version 2025.2.0.1005 MC Version: 15.5.0.1021 I have cleared the data on the browsers and such. Wiped device, reenrolled, moved to a different group. We've updated our Samsara app and now the location access and scanning for BT devices notifications are popping up and taking over the whole screen every 5-10 mins. Any ideas on how to get rid of this? We don't want to block all the notifications for this app because we still need to see there are new messages from dispatch. But I also see it's not showing up for all of the devices. several of them but not all of them are showing these notifications. Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 pro OS14
I would like to disable the option for the users to lower/increase the volume of the beeps, but i can't seem to find the correct option within Soti. i tried the settings manager, and switched the sound settings to OFF, but it's still possible to change them using the buttons on the device. I also tried the feature control (allow device volume) , and this option DID disable the volume buttons on the device, but it also disabled the sound, and that's not what i want. So basically i need an option to increase/re-enable the volume when using the feature control.

I don't want to do this with a vfc file, because I have to exchange it again and again with every new contact. Hallo zusammen, nachdem Zebra das "LifeGuard Update 13-34-23.00-TG-U00" Update zurückgezogen hat und die Empfehlung ausgesprochen hat für weiteres funktionieren von Updates, das "LifeGuard Update 13-39-18.00-TG-U00" zu installieren, habe ich das mit "Package Studio" paketiert um ein Profil zu erstellen. Leider kam die Meldung das dies wegen maximaler Größe von 2GB nicht möglich ist. Das über FileSync zu realisieren ist zwar möglich aber für die Verwendung von XTreme Hub und dem damit verbundenen Lastenausgleich sinnfrei. UPL Dateien werden ab Android 11 und höher auch nicht mehr unterstützt, so das man das nicht kummulieren kann. Hi the community, hope you're all doing well. Hope someone can help me as I'm starting getting crazy with this point. We have an APN to be setup on all our mobile for our staff to use their dedicated app on different type of device. Crosscall Core X5 and Samsung Xcover7. We created, years ago, a profile with all APN informations inside and deploy it to the group of device. It is working perfectly on Crosscall devices but on Samsung devices, the phone dialing is not working anymore since 10 days. If we setup the APN manually on the device it works, but if it is pushed by SOTI, it doesn't. The only difference between the one pushed and the manually created is the type of APN (default, mms, ....). Via SOTI it was pushing a * which is not recognized anymore by Samsung but still by Crosscall... My problem is, I havemore than 2000 devices working with this APN profile, I don't want to touch the actual profile. I made a clone of this profile and just change the type of APN and now SOTI is not pushing the correct password with a new profile... I dont know why. I tried with a new profile, a clone of profile, .... Everytime the password is false now... I also tried to push the APN via the OEM config of Samsung in SOTI but it doesn't work, the device receive nothing... Any idea? I got more than 500 Samsung devices and really don't want to install the APN manually on all of them... Thank you
Estoy intentando desenrolar un PC que se enroló a mobicontrol con un agente de Windows Classic en una instancia con versión 15.6.0.1018. El procedimiento que estoy ejecutando es ingresar al dispositivo y ejecutar la acción Eliminar,, aceptar la revocación de certificados y terminar con la opción Aceptar. El dispositivo desaparece de la consola pero segundos despues se vuelve a enrolar. En el PC enrolado accedí a la consola de comandos como administrador y ejecuté el siguiente comando pero no lo reconoció: "\Program Files (x86)\SOTI\MobiControl\mcsetup.exe" -uninstall Estuve indagando y ese comando era el recomendado pero aún así no funciona y no he podido desenrolar varios PCs. Gracias por la recomendación que me puedan aportar.

Hi all, I'm looking for a javascript that I can run trough the task scheduler to a device that pushes an application to the forefront of the device every 5 minutes when the device is unlocked. (device is Android 14 / Xcover 6 pro Samsung) I have a task scheduler running now with a legacy script that brings the app to the forefront every 5 min (script is: start package.name). The problem with this is, even when the user locks the device, the script will bring the app before the unlockscreen. So i'm looking for a script that says: If PDA locked no push application else if pda unlocked start application every 5 min (bringing the application to the foreground every 5 min) else no push application end Thank you for you help!
