Hi all, I would like to delete a stored WLAN from the device without having to dial the device. Is there a script to do this? These are Samsung Galaxy Xcover 5 devices with Android 13.

Hello, I have difficulties installing the customer’s application on the device. The application can be installed on Android device from Play store after sign in with specific customer’s google account. It is not available only for the specific customer's account. I have created Enterprise Bindings with this account and connect it with the enrollment policy. Next, I’m creating app policy in order to search and install the application on the enrolled device, but the app isn’t available in the search to be approved. Best regards, Drago
I have a Samsung Tab A7 lite on android 12. We currently have a profile with a lockdown and System update policy. The policy is set up to postpone software updates from February 7th to April 30th. Today, Feb 21st I had a device prompt me to update to Android 13 while in user mode. It looks like the update went through. We are trying to avoid and postpone Android 13 for the time being. Can someone take a look at our Update Policy and insure we set it up correctly? I have an spoken with a Soti rep during the set up of the policy and at the time he said it looked good. edit: this device does have 3 profiles assigned to it. With only one of the three profiles having the System Update Policy configured. Do we need to configure it for each profile?

Hello. Does anyone know of a way to uninstall an agent plugin from a currently enrolled Android 10 device without re-enrolling all devices? When I enrolled a bunch of Kyocera_DuraForcePro2 devices. The device they picked up Kyocera_KC-S302_sotienterprisemdm_1.20.0.102.apk When it needed to grab:Kyocera_DuraForcePro2_sotienterprisefullmdm_1.19.2.118.apk I have figured out how removed the plugins from the server. Now I need to uninstall the plugin from the device and for an upgrade using the profile on the server. I was also looking for a way to do this by scripting but I'm not sure if that's possible.
Using a file sync to put the FULL.zip of Android 10 onto the sdcard directory. When I send the script to do the upgrade, about 30 percent of the time the MC9300s will Enterprise reset and come back with an all black screen saying "To start Android, enter your password" I have a few hundred devices to upgrade remotely, and need a more reliable method of upgrading. Any suggestions?
Is there a way to make the settings app invisible? The device gets stuck in a boot loop via an Application Run Controll and I don't want to set up a lockdown because we then have problems with company apps. Unfortunately, the function control does not work either. Users can also reset the device in user mode or change settings that I have deactivated via this.
Hi all, i have a strange problem. We have Honeywell CN80 Scanners in our warehouse. When i enrolled a device, it get a application run controll to disabel some Apps. The scanners have Android 11 on it and my Soti is on Version 14.6.1. Now when the device is enrolled and i want to move it to another group and i need to restart it. The device will be in a boot loop. Have anyone a idee how i can fix it?
Good Morning, I have 5 devices stuck on the account activation pending and will not complete the enterprise enroll. We have enrolled over 150 devices using the same enrollment method and ID, however my most recent batch have not completed. Any advice or ideas here?
Good morning, I'm a soti newbie so hopefully if anybody can help me that would be great. We're using Soti Mobicontrol Version: 14.3.3.1111 and are working only with Android devices. We have a profile applied for our samsung SM-A52SF devices (OS version 12). This profile is applied on 15 of our 16 devices. Under the configurations tab no Profile is assigned for 1 device. When I look under the profile I see this profile applied to the group where all 16 devices are located. Can anybody give me a direction on where to look. Is there any logging that I can consult. Hello, I need to rename more than 1000 Android devices(all in the same device group) and obviously I don't want to rename them one by one. Is there any way I can rename multiple devices at once? Currently, my devices has names like this: XX-123-YY1 ZZ-456-BB2 ... And I need to change the middle part to 4 digits, like this: XX-0123-YY1 ZZ-0456-BB2 ... Thanks.
