Hi I have a ticket open with SOTI Support on this already and have not seen this issue before so I thought I'd ask the wider community. Has anyone ever come across an issue where they are unable to move devices between groups? You drag and drop to new group but the device path does not update. We are also unable to enrol devices and we cannot even directly assign apps - you can navigate to the device or group but when you press Assign it spins busy then goes back to showing assign. We can still see devices, we can still remote onto them and we can still send messages and scripts. Console version 15.5.1.1010

Dear community, I have recently installed a fresh instance of Mobicontrol (ver. 15.6.0), but due to installer issues with catastrophic failures, I was forced to use local SQL Express instance. I have successfully moved the MobicontrolDB and Archive databases to main SQL server as there is an option to change these in admin console. However I am struggling with the Signal DB, there is no tool to reconfigure and the only settings related to SQL I was able to find were in registry (just the SQL server FQDN and user info) and json config located here: c:\Program Files\SOTI\Signal\appsettings.json But this config has the connection string encrypted (I suppose it's some of the dotnet config encryption tools). What are the options to change the DB location? I really don't want to run and patch another SQL instance. Will do the magic manual move of the SignalDB to production SQL server and then run installer again as "upgrade" and choose the production SQL server as destination? Thank you.

SOTI Version: 15.4.2.1020 and Agent Version 15.3.0 build 1006 Android 10 device are not registering as enterprise work managed. The method I use is to wipe the device and enter when prompted for a google account on device setup, insert AFW#mobicontrol and then register my portal address. This works for android 11, for Android 10 it doesn’t te profile registers as corporate personal? do you know how I can change the profile to enterprise work managed? I would manually upgrade the devices to 11 however I have a large amount to upgrade.
Hello, I have a Lockdown profile where I add "Scannow" via the configuration with Launch: com.symbol.tool.stagenow That works fine on my Android 8 devices, but now I have new Android 11 ones and there the icon on the lockscreen says "not installed". Scannow as such is installed and can be started manually. So I assume there is now a different way to start it, can me someone tell, how? Thank you

I've removed the Mobicontrol Application from the soti One login screen. Re-added, but I'm no longer able to login to mobicontrol cloud, stuck in a loop.... Is there any way to directly login in the mobicontrol app and bypass the loop which returns to the soti-one loginscreen ?? I'm really stuck :-(
