Hi all, We are wanting to pull off the data usage directly from devices. I know this data is stored on the device as you can physically check the device to view it. Is there any way to run a script to pull this data off? Or possibly any other method to view data usage? Devices: Samsung XCover3, Samsung Acti Tab

Hello. We are currently running ERG servers for our MS Exchange/ActiveSync communication. Now we would like to implement Soti Surf. SOTI recommends using an ERG server for this scenario. Now I have the following questions: - Can we use our existing Exchange-ERG-servers for the Soti Surf implementation? - Can Soti Apps Server and ERG run on the same machine? Thank you for a short reply Simon

In the manual (link below) you will see that at the "Device is in Roaming" only support iOS and Windows but not for Android and Android Plus. Is it the truth or is it an error with the doc.? https://www.soti.net/mc/help/v13/en/Content/Web/Rules/Alert_DevEvent.htm Do we know what version of IOS this supports? If you look in web console you will see you can select "Device is in Roaming" for all device types even Android +

HI, I have an odd issue and wondered if anyone has come across it or had a similar issue. I've configured a Samsung Galaxy Tab A with a lock down screen for several apps, and have a requirement for the microphone voice to type option to be used on the on screen keyboard. However when in Kiosk mode the option isn't there. If I put it into Admin mode the option is there, so it looks to be something relating to SOTI that is blocking it. What's really strange is that I have a Samsung X cover 4 phone configured pretty much in exactly the same way but the option to use the microphone works in the lock screen fine. I've checked all settings, permissions etc... but am stumped what else it could be. I'm using agent version 13.5 and web console V14.1 Any thoughts would be appreciated?
HI Here at Zebra, we are mostly using SOTI v13.3 and we tend to deal with a lot of Virtual Groups. What I wanted to make is one group folder on the root and then put all our Virtual Groups inside it. All those VG which are using filtering feature are not reading devices which are not part of my new group folder. Only devices that I drag and drop will be shown there, but not the ones targeted by filter. There is even message stating: "Virtual group will include devices from MYGROUPNAME and its subgroups." But on SOTI v10.0 I was able to do the same without issue, but the message from above is not present. Is there a way around it on V13.3? Regards Sasha MobiControl
Hello, I am having a problem enrolling Huawei Mate 9 Lite devices. First, the problem was that after enrolling 1 device, the next one could not be enrolled because "Device ID already exist". I opened a case on SOTI, where I was told to update to version 13.4.0.4591 (previoulsy, it was 13.4.0.4266). After the update, this is what happened: I enroll Device 1, it enrolls ok with device id 1234. I enroll Device 2, it enrolls ok with device id 1234, and Device 1 dissapear. I unenroll Device 2, it unenrolls ok, and Device 1 appear again. Sometimes, I enroll other device, with no problem at all, and sometimes it keeps saying "duplicate device id". Any idea what is going on? * I tried enrolling using .ini, url, code, etc. * I have no intention of using Android Enterprise. Thanks in advance, Maximiliano.
Hello, Must devices be GMS certified in order to be enrolled and managed as Android Entreprise? Thank you
I have tried Mobicontrol connected to SQL Server 2017 running in Linux. It is working fine so far. Have you ever tested that enviroment? Will Soti support SQL Server in Linux?
