Hi,I'm using SOTI default Lockdown in a Samsung phone. First, I put into the menu the default telephone app that Samsung has, but it didn't work. Reading this forum I saw tha I need to use 2 more applications to make it work. So, I putted into de lockdown screen. How can I hide them? Thank you very much

Hi SOTI Team I have issue that I assign Profile and Package application into device status profile is Pending install Package Status is Downloaded But some time, It slow to installed . So, i want to send script to execute install package, dont want to wait device install automatcally, How to to, or what script to do that
Is there a way to wipe Workday app every time it launches other than using "shared device" config. We have users that use the same devices and don't want them accessing others private information. These users don't have accounts for us to setup shared device configuration, so was hoping there was an easier way that every tine the app is clicked they will need to enter their sign in information.
Hi, Is there a way to get the deployment server logs via REST API or any other way? For some reason, some device times in the fleet are getting out of sync and my idea is to query the deployment server to check for the inaccurate device date-time warning log. I mean ultimately, Id like to avoid the out of sync issue, but I am not understanding the root cause of that just yet Thanks Adam
Hi there, we are trying to run the OS update remotely instead of having to manually do it (removing screws, inputting SD card etc). There are 2 steps to this: Download the correct Android OS Version from the File Sync server when enrolling. Only downloads the file if the condition is met. 2. Send a script to the device to install the zip file it has just downloaded. (This is where we are having issues) The issue we are experiencing is that it does not install the zip file when sending the script. The script does send but does not start the installation. The fix we have found at the moment is to do a factory reset to the device and then send the script again. That works, however is there a better solution to this problem or does anyone have any experience with this? Appreciate any and all help! Thanks!
Anyone else seeing this blue MXMF is loading screen with device agent 2024.1.5.1216 ? I have quite a few devices where they just sit on this screen until its rebooted. Support said this should clear on it own after a few minutes which seems odd. None of my file sync rules will work when this is present also.

Hello I have a device that i resetted that won't enroll at all. I read that when you delete a device it ins't on the database. Is there any solution ? We are in a cloud instence.
I am using Package Studio. I created a new package project, added the Proglove Insight Mobile app apk file, added the proglove.proconfig and told it where I wanted to place the file, and then added a post install cmd to enable the keyboard that comes with the app. The app itself installs with no issue but I think its failing when its trying to copy the config file to the app folder. %sdcard%\Android\data\de.proglove.connect\files\proglove.proconfig
How do I delete the previous occurrence of a TC-58 S/N within our MobiControl environment so a license is available for the device to be able to enroll again? Where exactly is the path on the MobiControl portal to delete a device? I have looked around and have been unable to find? Could someone please provide a step by step? Thank you!
I've contacted support and have been told that "since this is not a break/fix issue of MobiControl it is outside of our scope". I'm hoping someone here will be able to help with my scenario. I have a use case for the file sync functionality that involves downloading 507 files across a multi-layered directory of 113 folders from the server to the devices in a quarterly release schedule. When creating the file sync rule I'm only able create a single directory at a time, and upload a single file at a time. This is likely to be time comsuming and prone to error. Is it possible to upload an entire directory, including its subdirectories, and files to MobiControl? Any pointers would be much appreciated.
