    Block outgoing calls iPhone

I'm pretty sure this isn't possible but was interesting if anyone had any possible solutions to this. We are using iPhones on a project where the users will only need access to the browser to get to a single web app. We are providing sims so that the users do not need to be connected to Wi-Fi to use, however ideally we would block calls to avoid extra charges. I'm looking at data only sims, but it would still be good if we were able to block the option to call. I don't think single app mode will be suitable as we need them to go to a specific pinned safari page. We would also want to allow them to connect to Wi-Fi networks. Any ideas welcome!

iOS WiFi Payload - Network Priority???

Has anyone successfully deployed the network priority feature to an iOS device? We have the payload setup with two SSIDs but the devices just randomly pick which SSID they connect to. This seems pretty straightforward so I don't know why this isn't working.

Setting up Server preference in Apple Configurator Solved Locked

I'm running into some troubles when attempting to add a device to Device Enrollment Program using Apple Configurator. For my Server preference, I have used an Enrollment URL that matches the Enrollment URL from an iOS Add Devices rule in our MobiControl instance.  Note that this URL is for one of our deployment servers, which faces the public internet.  This url looks like https://public-host-name/Enroll/241.  Note that our management server is not publicly accessible. When I prepare the device using Apple Configurator, I select the "Add to Device Enrollment Program" and "Allow devices to pair with other computers" options.  I then choose this Server, choose a previously set up Organization, use the default options for iOS Setup Assistant, and select a verified WiFi configuration. The preparation step is failing with the following error: Provisional Enrollment failed.  The cloud configuration server could not be verified. [MCCloudConfigErrorDomain - 0x80EF (33007)] I haven't been about the discover a solution from others who have experienced this error message.  These are new iOS devices so they are not members of another DEP account. Any ideas?  Is the URL for the Server configured correctly? Thanks in advance... Steve...

Moving Devices to New Groups Solved Locked

I'm new to the Soti platform and am trying to figure out how to assign devices to other groups.I've got about 20 pads in a common staging folder and want to move them into individual groups.. I've uploaded a number of apps in each location folder I just can not figure out how to move the iPads from the staging group to one of the other groups... I read in the directions that I should be able to drag and drop the pads into the other groups however that does not seem to be working for me unless I am trying this in the wrong section. These are all IOS Devices if that makes a difference

iOS Profile - Stuck "Pending Installation"

We are currenty testing deploying iOS Applications to our managed iOS devices within MobiControl. We are not enrolled in the Apple DEP program and our iOS devices are enrolled into MobiControl unsupervised. We therefore assign a profile to our iOS devices with a default web clip to access the Application Catalog. Any applications can then be downloaded and installed from there via the relevant Application Catalog Rule. We have enrolled two test devices for this scenario, an iPhone and an iPad. On the iPhone, we successfully deployed a Profile containing the App Catalog web clip and was able to install applications from there. However, on the iPad, even though the same Profile is assigned to this device, the profile remains at "Pending Installation" status and will not install the default App Catalog web clip from this Profile. Has anyone had this issue before where iOS profiles are stuck at "Pending Installation" status? Are there any agent or server side logs I can view to see why this profile is not installing?

iPhone 8 - App Catalog page cannot be loaded Solved Locked

Hi Everyone, We just recently started rolling out iPhone for our organization. Currently testing our first device. We have the Apple business program account setup, device assigned, enrolled via the link; had another issue whereby I had to skip the initial remote management after factory reset. The issue at present is the app App Catalog opens in Safari and the link doesn't work. The VPP apps that I have setup as Mandatory does install correctly, both MobiControl and Waze app were installed automatically. The preview shows up fine but the App Catalog doesn't work. please see below. thanks

    Deploy iOS Applications Solved Locked

We are looking to deploy iOS Applications to our managed iOS Devices. We currently do this well on Android, but this is the first time we have attempted on iOS. As per Android, we create a package from the APK file and upload into Mobicontrol console. This package then gets included into a profile which is assigned to devices and the application is automatically installed. What would be the similar process for iOS as I cannot find the relevant documentation for this? I have an enterprise application IPA file. I have created an Application Catalog Rule, added this application as a mandatory application and assigned to the relevant devices. From the end user device sense, how do I access this application? Do we need to add a webclip to the Application Catalog and it is downloaded from there? I am also unsure of my Application Catalog URL. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
