Is there a way to see Video statistics from a video uploaded into an app we have created in SOTI Snap. We are looking to see how many times a video has been viewed from our SOTI Snap users
Hi, I have configured a tablet with lockdown so that a SOTI Snap app automatically starts in single app mode. This prevents unauthorized access to other functions. Is it possible to exit this lockdown mode or deactivate single-app mode directly on the device, e.g., if no connection to Mobicontrol is possible (no internet connection)? Or is there a Java code for SOTI Snap that can be used to exit the lockdown/single-app mode? Best Regards Steffen
I'd like to have a forms' data submitted but set one date picker field only once per day. Is that somehow possible? I'm somewhat new to SOTI Snap and not fluent in programming. Currently I have the date picker for the current date on my only form "MainForm" on one page with a lot of other fields like text inputs and check box inputs and one other date picker (used for an optional date for a contact wish). The question now is, could a user who needs to fill out several forms a day choose the current date only once per day somehow so that this specific date picker field does not reset but all others? I tried putting it on another page but that makes no difference within the "MainForm" so I think putting it on/under a completely different form won't work much better either.
Does anyone know a fix for this? I have built a SOTI Snap app for a consumables stock request for our stores department but its not allowing me to use our own custom PDF as when i do, The Repeater Widget output doesnt show up. I dont even need anything fancy but i wanted something that had a box for when the items are collected and the paper needs to be signed after printing
So far, I have set up export rules via mail with an Exchange Online account in various apps. These rules no longer work. When I have entered the account and smtp information, SNAP cannot successfully complete its “Test Connection” process. When I use a Google account, it works fine. Does anyone know this problem? @SOTI can't you implement a similar setup scenario for Exchange-Online as for Gmail?
Hi there, is there a way to write the signature as base64 to SQL. I use the Snap Link to write all my field to the database, but the signature field isn't available. So i need a way to convert it in the app to base64 and write it in a text field, is this possible. Anyone done somthing like this before? Best regards Hermann
Hello i have two Soti Snap apps that have been developed and pushed to devices and they send an email PDF form on completion of app form. the export was working but after update to Version 2025.0.0.162 it seems to have broken the email export and cannot pull the email address from the apps text box. i will also be forwarding this problem to soti support soon. any help would be great. Hi, I am currently working on an application for our customer which requires printing over BlueTooth. I can run the Blocky "onClick" to print over WiFi, however this is not ideal in my case. Has anyone successfully created a script to print over BT?
Hello I have been working on getting my Soti Snap application on our MobiControl devices using lockdown screen. I followed the instructions online for adding a soti snap app to the lockdown screen using the enrolment ID with the apk and ini file then creating a package for MobiControl using package studio. Completed the package earlier this year and it was working fine with the lockdown screen, could launch the snap agent and enrol the device to gain access to the application I created. Came back to the project 6 months later and it now says I need to update the soti snap agent to use the agent. I tried to create a new package using the apk you can download from the snap web console in the enrolment section, but this still had the issue. For our environment I need to create a package I can push to our MobiControl devices without needing to update each using the google play store. Our device is fully locked down with access to a few apps, so I need to be able to update the snap agent with a package without involving the google play store. Please see below for the current versions New Version (google play) (2024.3.0 Build30) Version from snap web console (used in package) (2024.2.0 Build14) Can anyone point be in the right direction to get access to the new APK or if there are any other fixes I could try? Is it possible to export PDF files via WEBDAV? I would like to save a PDF report of an app in a nextcloud folder. Has anyone done this before and has an idea for me? According to my research, WebDav would be suitable, but is it possible to set this up in SNAP? Many thanks in advance for any tips!

Our AD users can log in to a new app. Now I would like the name of the person logged in to be displayed in a text box. To do this, I have added the blockly below as an onload command to my app form. Unfortunately, the name is not displayed. Do any of you have an idea how I can achieve my goal?
Hello, I have a glitch where I'm trying to move people from one group to another, yet some tablets are not updating with the new group. As a result, I believe that auto-refreshing the tablets at either a certain time or upon start up, would solve a lot of my issues. How can I integrate this into my SOTI Snap app? Thanks in advance :)
