Alguna ayuda? Gracias!
Hi, Would it be possible to run an .sh file from the Linux Lockdown? The question rises mainly because we have an application that starts by running an .sh file, but being able to start scripts from Lockdown, could also come in handy in other situations. Our current environment is 15.4.1 Thanks in advance for any help.
We are running into a problem with linux devices running RedHat where remote controlled sessions just display a black screen. I have seem and resolved this before on Android but this is the first I have seen this on Linux. I ensured that "Screen Sharing" is enabled but other than that I am at a loss of what to check. Any advise is greatly appreciated! Thank you

I am having an issue whenever I try to enroll my pi into mobicontrol it downloads the agent through MC url, but the device only downloads the agent version 15.0.2 536, which does not have the functionality of RC. Also, when I download the agent through rule it downloads the lastest Linux agent. It does not make sense to me why it downloads the old version of the MC agent when the server have the new version of the MC. When we try to upgrade the agent it gives an error "attempt failed"We are currently on MobiControl server version 15.1.2.1035. Anyone face the same issue?
I have some armv7l embedded devices running Yocto Linux. I tried to install the generic device agent for headless Linux but had no success. Will this be supported or there are ways that I can get this going? Have any of your tried this before? Thanks.
Good morning: Could some one explain me how this works? If i m press this buttons, nothing happens. Is a background process? How is configured? Thanks in advance
Hi: I m unable to make this work. As you can see below the agent was installed with success. I m deploying using the URL provided by the rule, same behaviour with the latest agent, SOTI server is reachable. Is there any pre-requisites to make it work in Raspbian? I m deploying several Ubuntu boxes and are running fine from scratch, no additional modules were needed. We have a bunch Raspberry Pi 4's running Raspbian v10. When they were first enrolled into Soti, they showed up online, but now they are all showing all offline. I can ping and SSH and VNC into these devices, so I know they are online. It's just not showing active on Soti's side. Anyone else have this issue? Any ideas as to why they disconnect? Soti Version - 14.4.7.1053
Hello, I would like to create a script or package that i can send to linux devices to do updates. i am hoping to use sudo apt full-upgrade and send it from mobicontrol console.
Hello we are trying to manage Linux devices with SOTI MobiControl. We are able to send shell-commands to the device with Send Scripts. Is it also possible to deploy shell-commands as a package (not only the supported linux script-commands)? Thanks in Advance.
Hi, I have a number of TC75 and want to know if SOTI can get the "Battery Usage Number" from the Battery Manager app. Be handy info to see at a glance in the mobicontrol portal. for instance, a device that has been sent to me, has a battery usage number of 170, and a threshold of 400, which shows a battery wear level of nearly 50%. If I could see that X amount of devices battery is close to the wear threshold, I can pre-empt this and get some replacements in stock. Also, get ready for users saying battery life etc. is poor. Thanks for any pointers
