Hello ! I like to change the SOTI logo for our scanners what has the lockdown mode configured in an profile. To archive this I duplicated the template DynamicAndroidLockdownTemplate.html and deploy it to our scanners. I tried several things to get the logo replaced but was not successful.Could some one exactly describe me the steps how I can replace the default SOTI logo in header with an customer specified one. Addtionally I like to include some attributes ( IP, MAC etc. ) in this header on right side instead of the footer like it is configured as default. I would be glad if someone could help me in this case. Best Regards Patrick
Hello community,The Enrollment certificate was valid until 09/25/2022 and I don't get any info about it expiring.To find under Global Setting / Certificate Authority-> "my-sotimc_server.com/MobiControl/WebConsole/home/global-settings/CertificateAuthority"1st problem - How do I get an info about the expiration of the certificate? 2nd problem - How can I exchange it here it comes again and again to errors.
Hello, On Samsung tablets and Zebra handhelds that have Mobicontrol installed, once a user logs into the SharePoint app, they can't log out.When said devices are setup with just a Google account and no Mobicontrol the app behaves fine and lets the user log out. This is the only app that seems to be acting like this. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi, was wondering if someone's ever had this issue before? I have 125 tablets in our system and all but 1 allows us to remote into it. It's got all the same configs as the rest? Has anyone had a fix for this?
Hi guys, it's possible to set chrome to default browser on any kind of Android 12? I see this in your docs DOCS that is possible using soti surf but I need chrome :S in all my devices. when I detect activity starting chrome get this: com.android.chrome/com.android.permissioncontroller.role.ui.DefaultAppActivity but when try to set set_default_browser com.android.chrome/com.android.permissioncontroller.role.ui.DefaultAppActivity dosn't work any ideas?

Hey, I have an application that needs to use a barcode reader. on kiosk mode, it is not asking if it is able to use the device. when I log out and run it as admin it works but after restarting, it forgets that setting again. As far as I can see I have given all permissions so the device can use the application. What I'm doing wrong or I can't use afw#mobicontrol enrolling method for ELO?
I'm trying to retrieve the last location information using the SotiMobiControl API. I am wondering how the information can show in the map widget in soti snap not just the json. Is there any way that i could use to show the last location information of devices as a map not just json?
Hi, I was wondering why iOS is requesting to install the iTunes app to install other apps. So devices are DEP enrolled, but when opening the app catalog (pushed from SOTI) and selecting an app ti install, I get following message: App installation:Log in to iTunes to allow "MdmServerX" managing and installing apps... Why does iTunes need to be installed and how to fix this?

All of our devices are Samsung TabA Pro - Android 11 - locked down in Kiosk Mode. I have the "Device Settings" app in kiosk. As a user, I am currently unable to update the OS on any device. I've tried, Automatic, Windowed & Default settings in the System Update Policy. None of them make any difference. I've sent multiple kinds of scripts, didn't work. The only method I've had success with is placing each device into ADMIN mode, then the OS update works. The device updates, restarts, then to complete the process I need to enter ADMIN mode again after startup, Then place the device back into USER MODE. A painful process. There must be a way to allow USER MODE to update the OS on their own, without the assistance of administrator & admin mode.
Hello. I have some Samsung Galaxy tablets that were unenrolled from SOTI in the past because they were not being used by our company. We have found a use for these and re-enrolled them back into SOTI. When we go to assign the profile, we have them checked but the tablets have not received the profile yet. These are android plus devices and the profile we are wanting to assign is also android plus configuration. Could someone please help me figure this one out? are the devices too old or not compatible anymore? Is there an issue with using devices that were previously enrolled, unenrolled and factory wiped and enrolled again? all help is greatly appreciated. \
Hi there !i'm currently deploying a new batch of 20 TC21 for a customer with Android 11.On some of them, after having installed MobiControl agent + Plugin and registered them, i have a status of the Profile Deployment on "Partially installed" ("Installé Partiellement" in french).If i'm looking in details, the Lockdown option in in status "Install Failed", no problem with the 'Authentication'.On some of the TC21 in error, i was able to finally deployed the Profile correctly after one or two resets of the Handheld. But on 3 of them, no way to do it. I don't understand why i had this error on some TC21, and why on some others, everything went fine ?Thanks for your help.See screenshots attached :)Best regards
I am currently working to rename our internal MobiControl server from a named host to an IP-only host, however I am unable to re-bind the MobiControl Search certificate to one that does not use the common name. After regenerating the certificate, it continues to create one using the original FQDN, and as a result it throws an SSL/TLS error and is unable to start the service. What am I missing that I am unable to move the Search service over to being IP-based while all other services and certificates seem happy to? I am currently running MobiControl 15.0.2.1049
