Hello, We used mobicontrol on version 15.5.1.1010 on premise configuration. Device used is Zebra TC75X under Android 7.1.2 enroll A+ agent 15.2.0.1025 And some new device TC58 android 11 enroll AEDO and agent is on version -> 2024.0.1.1056 Our device used only private network (wifi, apn). For to used a new app, devices need to go to internet now -> wifi / apn. We add the proxy on wifi, push all to device, and the result -> we have access to the app on internet. Of course, network team open all. If i do the same for apn, config apn + proxy and try i can not access to the web site ... Error name is ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED On wifi, i can add/edit the proxy on device setting, It's easy to check if what we configure is right. But on mobile network, i can not find the proxy for the apn on device setting ... Can someone can help me or have some information about how to see if proxy is added to the apn ? thanks for your help
Hello, I'm writing to you because I need help adding a "Bluetooth Settings" shortcut to a profile created on Samsung Xcover5 devices. I'm using the lock function on the profile and would like users to be able to easily pair a device. Without the user being able to access the other settings. Just as is possible with Wifi management using the Action://CONFIGURE_WIFI parameter. I've tried the Settings Manager application, but it's not compatible with the creation of a professional profile. I tried disabling all functions in "Function Control" and leaving only Bluetooth management, but this still leaves a lot of settings accessible. I hope I've made myself clear.Thanks in advance for your help.
Hello We set up Zebra TC21 yesterday and then we noticed that when we are in lockdown / kiosk mode, the popup to connect the printer does not appear. If we deactivate the kiosk mode it works without any problems. How can this be activated or what solutions are there? TC21 - Android 11Zebra ZQ610 Agentversion: 2024.0.1.1056
Hello , I have a question. I am using profiles to install an apk on devices(zebra mc33). I am using different profiles for the same application depending on the version (i do that because i have to update many devices and not all together). So for example i have a profile named (apkv3) and i want to upgrade on (apkv4)i will make a new profile named apkv4 and assign it to the devices i want to update (the apk wont install because the previous version is still there so i just revoke the profile v3 and force package reinstall v4. (i know its not optimal but it works for now ) . Today i assign the new profile on all devices in preparation for update ,and knowing it will not apply itself if i do not do it manually, i also had some devices already updated on v4. The apk v4 that was already updated got deleted while the package was showing as installed this did not happen all the updated devices but in some groups and i cannot see the reason (i had to force package re installation on an already showing installed profile to fix the issue) Sorry for the wall of text.

Hello, I just wanted to confirm the best way to remove a device fully from Mobicontrol if enrolled as Android Enterprise (using afw#). We have tried: Wipe the device in Mobicontrol console Delete the device from Mobicontrol However some of the devices have reappeared after being booted. We think this may have been due to the devices being off/offline when the commands were sent. Would the above process be best if the devices are turned on at the time?
After exporting a device list with " agent disconnect time" in it, it's alomst impossible to transfer it to Excel. Did anyone succeed to transfer this list to Excel and normally sort on dates or create a pivot table?
I have fleet of samsung devices that are on the wrong time zone, I cannot use soti's time sync option as these devices are across different time zones. All my woes would be solved if this script would work but as the last line is attempting to edit a secure setting and not a global setting it is getting a permissions error. Hi I have old files that have been created with StageNow. However I changed computer and now i'm unable to re-open these files because StageNow was stored local. I'm trying to figure out again which steps I need to use how to configure; We will be changing SSID in our shops - I want to add the SSID with passphrase - I want to remove connection to my old SSID (forget the SSID) -I want to add a PASS LOCK into the script I've tried to use StageNow on Xpertconfig (MX Version - 10.1) Added a "Wifi" profile x3 to firstly remove all existing networks, add the new SSID & connect to the SSID. It doesn't work right now, it wont even delete the existing network.
Hi All We have an inhouse built application that isn't currently available on the Google Play Store as it is still in development stage. Previous versions of our application have allowed us and still allow us with the latest version of Mobicontrol to upload the app as an Enterprise Application however as of recent versions this is no longer letting us and were unsure as to why. When we try upload the apk to the enterprise application we get the following error : You have selected a file with incorrect format. Please select another .apk file (Screenshot below) Is anyone able to give us some direction on what to look for and how to solve this issue?
Hello, Is there a way to bulk import lockdown images into MobiControl? The only method of uploading that i can see is via the shared file browser, however this only lets you import 1 image at a time. I have several hundred images i need to import so would be handy if i could do it in one upload.

Do you know if this is possible via a Stagenow script or is there any other way to get this done? popup we got into the lockscreen this is the message after pressing the popup this is what we want to enable via a stagenow script or any other solution within Mobicontrol. so without a userinteraction. Hi, I had to install a banking app on our T26 Android11 devices. Apon running the app for the first time I get a wizard which I have go through. On a specific step I have to give permissions in the Accesibility settings for the app. We are using Lockdown on all of our devices and because of this Accesibility is almost instantly closed or moved in the backgound. The only way to setup the app is to exit from lockdown. How to give permission to Accessibility? Many thanks,
Hello We're planning to integrate a VPN application (Zscaler). When it is initialized, we have an Android popup (see below) that the user must authorize by pressing the "OK" button. I'm looking for a way to automate this action. We have a solution that uses a JS script (Mobicontrol) with the device.injectKey function to perform TAB, Enter and timers.This doesn't seem 100% reliable to me, I'm afraid of having a lot of failures. Does anyone have a better solution to avoid this popup or to authorize it automatically ? I have a re-occurring issue with SOTI Mobicontrol, in which when I enroll devices using the Windows Modern PPKG method, the device enrolls and shows up consistently on SOTI, but does not proceed to install/download the Mobicontrol Agent.There does not seem to be a way to manually trigger this, nor is there an installer that I can download and run like there is for the Windows Classic enrollment method.Is there a way to manually push the agent install through the server, or pull it from the enrolled client/host? surely there must be a command/script that I can run, or a package that I can install locally to force the agent install.In the past I have received the response that this is not possible, but I do not accept this. If it can be done via automation, then it can surely be done/triggered manually.
