Hi Everyone, I have another question for you guys because I am unable to find a solution for my issue. For an app we're installing on Samsung Tab Active 3 with Android 12/13. We have to store additional files in the path: "/sdcard/Documents/App"Due to Scoped Storage we have to use a folder like this. We want to rollout a new version of this app and have the change the every file in this path mentioned above. If I update my profile where these additional files are stored than the old files won't be deleted. I tried to add a preinstall-script like "del /sdcard/Documents/App" to delete the old files. It doesn't work. The only options for me which is working is to deleted the files on every device manually over remote control. If I remove or revoke the profile nothing happens on the device. Do you have any ideas how I can delete those files because I got more than 700 devices.
I know there used to be a way to push this via scripting but I'm having trouble finding it. We recently had an app update that has a custom keyboard that needs to be enabled and made active. For some reason this time the app update went through, it lost the keyboard settings and needs to be reenabled but due to the lockdown launcher they are being blocked from accessing the keyboard settings. Any help is much appreciated. Additional info: Devices in question are Samsung Tablets and Moto G Power Phones, all fully updated Devices are all set up with android enterprise and we are running the cloud Mobicontrol 15.6 server We have 2 apps with custom keyboards, 1 is Proglove's Insight Mobile and the other is Zebra's Scan-to-connect app
Tengo un problema al registrar un lector de Zebra FX7500 con Mobicontrol. Describo los pasos que seguí: 1. Cree una política de Inscripción para idspositivos LInux 2. Descargué el archivo MCSetup.ini para el sistema Linux ARM x32bits. 3. Con la utilidad Zebra RFID Enrollment Utility seleccioné el paquete .deb del agente de mobicontrol y añadí el devicelist con la ip, username y password del lector. 4. Instalé el paquete en el lector. La aplicación mobicontrol esta ejecutandose en el lector correctamente, pero en el panel de mobicontrol no me aparece el dispositivo conectado. Alguna ayuda? Gracias!
Hi, I tried to install soti mobicontrol version 15.6.0 on a server using .net core 3.1 and Oracle java 11, after a while you get a warning to update .net core 3.1 and oracle java 11 on the server. Will if we update the latest one it will affect mobicontrol?
Hello, I am having an issue where all Android devices state that the Bluetooth was disabled by admin. I am unsure of what setting is causing this as I have enabled the Bluetooth within the Feature Control and within the OEM Config. I was able to force the devices to turn their Bluetooth on with a script but Scanning and Discovery are not working. The devices are TC21 with Android 13. What setting could be causing this to occur? Hello, Customer wants to delete APPs, except apps that the customer wants to remove in the app policy, you don't see in the playstore. When you go to "managed google play", for example, you don't see the Beamex app (see screenshot above). Regarding default apps, you can only click on "select", but I don't see "Unapprove". Can anyone help me, please ? Thanks a lot, François

I have tried with the initial app called out in the 'App Extension Bundle Identifier' field and different variations of the company's OKTA address in the URL prefix for Redirect SSO type and Host Name for Credential SSO type. I haven't been able to find great documentation.
Hi, i have some problemns with the registration from a Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 with Android 13. When i typed in the reistry URL from the Server, the device would registred with Saftey Net. I get a white screen after this will be done. We´re using MobiControl 15.6.1
Hi I've been installing our in-house app to a few Macs and it works ok (other than the fact that you have to nudge MobiControl to update the app when a new version is deployed, which Soti are investigating). This morning, I deployed an update to the app. I do this by removing the old version from the application policy and adding the new version. MobiControl went ahead and installed the new version, but it crashed immediately on launch with the following exception: EXC_CRASH (SIGKILL (Code Signature Invalid)) Termination Reason: CODESIGNING 1 Taskgated Invalid Signature I used the same code signature as I always use, and the same version of the app runs fine on my Mac. I tried re-compiling/building/packaging/deploying to no avail. I removed the app from the subject machine, restarted it and re-installed from scratch. No joy. Eventually I tried installing exactly the same package using Apple Remote Desktop, and this worked perfectly. So - can anyone think of a reason why I would be able to install a package using ARD, but installing the same package with MobiControl would result in an un-openable application? MobiControl is cloud version 15.6.3.1018 Hope someone can help, thank you.
Hello all, first sorry, we discover Android Entreprise and we are little lost when we enroll devices .. server mobicontrol is on version: 15 5 1 1010 We have some new device Zebra TC58 under android 11. If i take new device OUT OF the box, i follow the step to initialize the device and type afw#mobicontrol and the agent google entreprise is well downloaded and after i enter the code to enroll device to mobicontrol, The result is, device is enroll into management type -> Work Managed device -> PERFECT All seems to work, remote connexion, install profile, rules, and so on ... If i take an other new device OUT of the box, take the same agent from mobicontrol (v 15.4.4.1063), copy paste the agent, install agent, enroll device into mobicontrol. The result device is enroll into management type -> Work managed profile -> BAD Because, we notice there is two " path " on the device (professionnel / personnel), if we starts a remote control (name is remote view), end user need to ACCEPT the permission before the remote , problem with rules, ... We don t want to enroll device as a work profile ..because we notice, this mode can be too much restrictif for us and perhaps lose time when we meet some incident .. My question is, is it possible to enroll device into management type Work Managed device when the device has been initialize ? Because if i copy paste the agent soti 15.4.4.1063 , install it, the device is enroll into work profile .. a command exist perhpas or something else ? thanks for your time

Hi We are having issues on enrolling our devices. As soon as we try to enroll if it stuck on the message "Enrollment in progress..." I've tried another Enrollment ID, same issue happens. This also happens with other devices we have. The one thing I notice is that we have a new agent with version 15.4.4 Model: TC21 Agent version: 15.4.4 Android version 10 We still have 14 licenses left Anything else I can try..?
